Health problems have restricted my ability to take videos for my YouTube channel, with the one below one of only a handful I’ve made this year so far. It is the annual Steam On The Dock event at Albert Dock, Liverpool. This is the third year running I’ve filmed the event (2017 / 2016), which brings steam engines, vehicles and boats together for the weekend.
